Originally from the Bangor area Erica and her husband, Jon, moved to Colorado for a year in 2005. Realizing how much they missed the beauty of Maine they moved back to their home state in 2006. Erica's intention when joining The Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty was to assimilate herself into the local real estate market through working with the talented brokerage team and then move into brokerage herself. Erica managed the Company's Summer Showcase in the summer of 2007 and has made the transition from staff to brokerage over that time. Currently Erica and Jon live in Trenton, renovating properties through their dual interest in real estate as Jon owns and operates Bates Building and Contracting, Inc.
