My experience working with my agents, Jennifer Mitchell and Hannah Phippen, was great! Other than one in-person tour of the house when I was visiting Bar Harbor, all my dealings were remote (I live in Texas). Jennifer and Hannah were extremely responsive and communicative. The offer process turned out to be somewhat convoluted with multiple turned down offers - and when I initially lost out on the bid. They suggested putting in a back-up bid which locked me into the top of the list if the winning offer fell thru. I didn't have much hope of that - but it is what ended up happening and allowing me to get the house! And they were super helpful with the inspection and closing process - making doing the whole thing remotely possible (and easy!)
