Erika Wibby Mitchell was the best agent we could have ever had for our home search in Maine. She was excessively patient with us over a long period of time so that we were able to find the perfect property for us. Not only did she care that we found the one, she was an expert negotiator and dealt with all the inspections while we were far away in another state. With a real estate broker as one of the buyers we are somewhat picky with whom we deal with in transactions and we would use Erika again and again. We also enjoyed our interactions with anyone from the Swan Agency from their fabulous owner and lead broker to other agent's we met along the way. Having local expert agents is key in the MDI market and they all delivered!
