Swan Agency Opens New Downeast Office

Swan Agency Real Estate’s newest bricks and mortar office at 2336 US-1 in Sullivan has opened! Currently open Monday through Friday 10am - 2pm.

Our redesign of the former Chester Pike’s restaurant has been a dramatic improvement to the curb appeal of this landmark Sullivan spot.  We appreciate the team who worked so hard to pull it all together from interior design to new roof and everything in between.

We are MORE than thrilled to welcome the Honey Bee Cafe as our neighbor.  We searched for the perfect business who would offer scrumptious baked goods and coffee as well as healthy alternatives and ascribe to our vegetarian ethic.  We see great things for this woman-owned Maine business and are proud to be a part of their journey.

Our opening brokerage team of Mary Purslow, Marcella Flubacher and Christine Crowley - all local to the area - will be welcoming new and old customers and clients to Swan Agency Real Estate.
